From Emilio Mariconda: "I think the main reason I played well this weekend is because of my iron game. On the front nine the 1st day, I hit every fairway and missed one green, even though the back nine was a bit more sloppy. My irons made up for my horrible chipping. On the second day, it seems that the rain delay and finishing the front nine in the rain did not bother me as I finished the last four holes with two birdies which put me in the lead. It was a great event and I had a wonderful time.
