Oldsmar, FL - Challenging weather was the story of the weekend January 30-31 at Premier Junior Tour's East Lake Woodlands Winter Open. In the Men's 16-19 Division, Tyler White and Matt Simpson were both tied at 154 after regulation play and went back on the course for a playoff.
