About the Course you'll play:
Majestic Golf Club is home to an 18-hole, par-72, championship golf course. Our golf course has plush greens, tree-lined fairways (over 7000 palm trees!), sand bunkers on most every hole, and
17 lakes. A great course with great scoring opportunities!

Who May Sign Up:
This event will host:
~Amateur junior golfers, ages 4-19, from all states and countries.
~Our Amateur Divisions, which is open to all male and female amateur athletes that are post-high school, and up to and including age 25.
This event is first come, first-served until full.

Membership, Entry Fee and Payment
1 - 2012 Membership has three options: FREE, Standard, and College Bound Athlete. After filling out the online form, you may proceed immediately back to this page to pay the entry fee.)

2 - Entry Fee: $135 total for 18-hole/day divisions (total 36 holes)
           $75  total for 9-hole/day divisions (total 18 holes)

Entry fee includes tournament rounds of golf, range balls prior to each tournament round, and a special tee gift.

For this event, ALL DIVISIONS ARE ALLOWED CADDIES!  
~Would you like to buy a PJT Caddie Bib, personalized with Player's Last Name (a great keepsake to be used at all caddie events)?

Directions to Course
Directions from I-75, Exit 138.  Head East on FL-82 for approx. 2.6 miles. Turn left (East) on County Road 884/Lee Blvd, go 7.2 miles. Turn right onto Homestead Rd N, go 3.5 miles. You will see
many American flags, Majestic Golf Club is there on the right. Proceed through gate house area, straight through to the clubhouse.

Tee Times & Pairings
Saturday pairings will be emailed to competitors on Friday, April 29, 2011 at 11am.  
Sunday pairings: After the completion of the first round all competitors will be repaired by score for their next round. Final round pairings will be available approximately one hour after the final
score has been posted. Pairings will be posted to on the Premier Junior Tour website. You may call 239.822.8590 between 8-9pm after the first round to find out your pairings for the second
round. It is the players' responsibility to know his/her respective tee time and be there AT LEAST 10 minutes prior to teeing off. We recommend that you always see your tee time in black and
white on the website.

Practice Round
Players can set up a practice round calling the pro shop. Mention you are with Premier Junior Tour to get the best rate. Players Guest Fee: Call course. All fees plus tax. Official Practice Round is
Friday, January 27, 2012. Practice rounds are available prior to Friday. Call course for availability. Mention you are with Premier Junior Tour.

Walking and Pull Carts
See Tour Rules for specific information for each division. Note: Pull carts are permitted in all divisions.

Tees To Play
Tees are not set until the tournament staff arrives on site. Tournament set up can change, including yardages, to offset inclement weather or other course conditions (i.e. wet course conditions).
Typical yardages are found at Tour Rules.

Registration
Registration is mandatory Saturday and Sunday.

Rules
USGA Rules of Golf will govern play. The Notice To Competitors and hole location sheet will be distributed on the starting tee.

Pace of Play
Pace of play will be strictly enforced with anticipated rounds of 4 hours and 30 minutes or less. We strongly recommend that all players read and understand the Pace of Play policy under Tour
Rules.

Spectator Carts
Spectators will be authorized to rent carts, but must follow the Spectator policies. Spectator carts will cost $xx plus tax per day. Spectator carts may be limited and are available on a first-come,
first served basis.

Awards Ceremony
Follows completion of play by each division after the final round.
- 18-Hole/Day Divisions: Trophies for Champions, Runner-Ups and Third Place, regardless of field size.  
- 9-Hole/Day Divisions: Special trophies for Champions, Runner-Ups and Third Place, regardless of field size.  
- Dedication trophies for those not earning place trophies for divisions up to 12 year olds.  
- Closest-to-the-pin prizes will also be awarded, one for each division.

Eligibility and Application Procedure
Male or female amateur golfers that are members of Premier Junior Tour may apply. You do NOT need to be a Florida resident to play in Premier Junior Tour events. To sign up, first become a
member by filling out the online application form. You may then immediately sign up for any tournaments by visiting the Tournaments page, and clicking "Buy Now" for events you wish to sign up
for. We operate first-come, first-served so be sure to sign up early.  You will receive an email confirmation of successful entry. Entries are subject to rejection at any time, including during the
event. The reason for rejection may include unbecoming behavior. Please see Tour Rules for further details.

Tournament Policies
It is the responsibility of competitors and spectators to be familiar with and check for any changes the Premier Junior Tour “Tour Rules” on the Tour website: premierjuniortour.com. Policies cover,
among other topics: dress code, code of conduct, non-conforming lists, yardages, ages, spike policy, trophy policy, pace of play policy, points awarded, etc.

Refund Policy
Once a junior has applied for an event, he/she will no longer receive a refund. The player must email Karen at karen@premierjuniortour.com to withdraw. The date of the email is considered the
withdrawal date. Players who have entered and been accepted into a field may only withdraw with a full credit (no refund) if a doctor’s written excuse is mailed to Premier, or if certain conditions
exist that Premier accepts at its own discretion, and if the player or parents call Premier at 239.822.8590 prior to the start of the event. No shows and withdrawals of any kind do not receive a credit.
Requests for a credit 7 or more days before a tournament will be honored less a $20 administration fee. No requests will be honored within 7 days of the tournament. No credits will be issued due
to tournaments being shortened for any reason.
