| Premier Junior Tour is pleased to offer three (3) different membership options for the 2012 season. Premier Junior Tour is pleased to announce that we are offering three different membership options for the 2012 Season. As we have done every year in the history of the Tour, we are offering a Free Membership option. We recognize that times are tough economically and that paying a Membership fee might not be in the budget for everyone. There are no gifts associated with the Free Membership Option, but once you fill out the form you are a 2012 Member with full rights and are able to play in any Premier Tournament you wish. a member and able to sign up and register for any Premier tournament.

Premier logo on front and embroidered player name on back.

-SAT/ACT ranges
-School-owned golf course
