September 4, 2011                                       Strong Red Number Play Abounds!

Reunion, FL – PJT competitors from Florida, Massachusetts, China, Venezuela and France were greeted by light breezes and partly cloudy skies at the immaculate Arnold Palmer Legacy Course
at Reunion Resort for Premier Junior Tour's 2011 Reunion Resort Junior Classic.  This was yet another weekend full of record-shattering play by the state and the nation's top junior golfers as
they enjoyed this caddied tournament. Two competitors each broke the Reunion Resort golf course record on the Arnold Palmer Legacy Course!  Many accomplished amateurs and professionals
have played this course, and
Sam Horsfield and Michael Visacki both broke the record!  Watch the PremierJuniorTour Channel video, which is being compiled now, and will be viewable late this
evening for comments from all of the Champions, and to see incredible video set to music from players on the course, and a very special interview from PGA Tour Caddie
James Walton, who was
present all weekend, and has caddied on all three major professional Tours.

The highlight story of the weekend was once again fourteen-year-old
Sam Horsfield (2015) of Davenport, Florida, who dominated competition with his 68-62-130 display, smashing the PJT record
book and the Reunion Resort golf course record!  During Round 1 Sam recorded a four-under par
68, leading his division by three strokes over Matthew McDonald (2014) of Celebration, Florida.
Then on Sunday, Sam elevated his game yet again to crush the PJT record-setting low round, set by Sam just last month at Highlands Reserve. Last month Sam recorded a very impressive eight-
under par
64, comprised of five birdies and one bogey!  In Round 2, Sam posted an incredible ten under par 62, which featured eight birdies - including five in a row from holes# 8-#12 -, no
bogeys, and an eagle on #15!  This increased Sam's sub-par numbers to 68-under par over his last five tournaments, 55 under par in PJT's last four tournaments!  Sam's most recent ten PJT
rounds and five rounds outside PJT, 15 rounds total, have all been under par.  Sam's 14-under par for this tournament gave him a 12-stroke victory in the Men 13-15, and seven strokes over the
combined field.  Sam also shattered the all-time Low 36-hole Record in any Division with his
68-62-130, beating his own record of 64-67-131 August 20-21 at Highlands Reserve! The prior record
was also set by Sam, just two tournaments ago at Black Bear Golf Club on July 23-24, 2011, when he posted
66-69-135. This is Sam's eighth PJT victory in Points Race 2011. Watch the
PremierJuniorTour Channel (posting late evening tonight) for Sam's comments on his weekend's play with the PJT at Reunion Resort. Congrats Sam on your mind-boggling victory, including your
back nine 29 Sunday.
